The Hermanus Botanical Society website has been redesigned!
AND it has a NEW WEB ADDRESS
Members will be able to access the user-friendly site via desktop computers, tablets and cellphones.
The site contains a record of all 1250 plant species found in the Reserve, many with photos and descriptions. This section of the site continues to be a work in progress as new photos and descriptions are added.
Below are just some of the facilities the new site offers –
Click on the ALL PLANTS tab and drill down to pages such as Threatened Plant Species, Orchids, Restios or even Ferns.
Click on the HERMANUS BOTANICAL SOCIETY tab and drill down to pages such as the Herbarium , Fernkloof Nursery and Flower Festival.
Click on FERNKLOOF NATURE RESERVE tab and drill down to pages such as Maps, Activities, Cliff Path and Fernkloof Gardens.
Click on the ECOLOGY tab and drill down to pages such as Mammals, Frogs or even Alien Vegetation.
The site includes many other LINKS – DIRECTIONS, CONTACTS, VISITOR INFORMATION, ARCHIVED ARTICLES.
The MENU BAR at the bottom of each page is ACTIVE – just click on one for info!
